I know I'm a few days early, just wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday in Heaven Jacob.  I know you'll have a fun time with all of your Angel friends.  Visit your mom & family in their dreams so they can celebrate with you too! 

At the rising sun and at its going down we remember them.

At the opening of the buds and in the rebirth of spring we remember them.

Although I didn't see you everyday Jacob - I shared many happy occassions with you and our family.  I remember you as a smart, wonderful person who loved his family.  You sensed that you knew throughout your short life that you had people who loved you all around you and the best parents one could have.  You are missed but you're at peace and you can still look down and see how much we love you.
