I remember, clear as day the day you were born. It was a gift and blessing to have such a beautiful baby boy like you Jacob. You were so loved and spoiled by your mom, dad, aunts, uncle and grandparents. I have so many memories of you growing up, that I don't know how to start capturing them. As you can imagine and know how much you meant to me, words can not express how deep my love was for you. I love you and will always have you in my heart. I pray that you are in a better place until we meet again. Love you my dear son, RIP

In honor of my nephew Jacob's birthday.  There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss you and think of you.  You are always in my prayers and in my heart.  Always remembering your life with us and how much you are loved.  You are always and will be in our hearts and in our prayers.  Your memories are in my heart and in my mind.  I love you so much and one day we will meet again.

In honor of Jacob's birthday on July 29th - It has been a custom for the past 13 years for us to take off work, visit the Cemetery and dedicate his birthday and anniversary in honor of Jacob’s memory. I usually get sadden and depressed during these two days (July 29th and February 18th), remembering Jacob’s life with us. Jacob was so loved and is truly missed. Our love for him continues to grow over the years, as if almost he was still here with us. After 13 years, I finally have the strength, desire and mostly courage to create a website to keep Jacob's memory alive and have dedicated his own personal “In Loving Memory” website and this “Last Memories” website in his honor. This is in celebration his life with us, his unconditional love, values he instilled in many family members and friends and just for being our darling son Jacob.

I love Jacob dearly and pray that wherever he is, he is looking at us during our time of joy and sadness. Happy Birthday Jacob wherever you are…  You are forever in our hearts… Love Mom
